Pool Ripple Dance #1. A 30-second iPhone video of water ripples in a swimming pool in San Vito, Costa Rica. The music is an excerpt from Chopin Nocturne in F Minor, Op. 55, No. 1 (arranged by Chad Lawson for piano, violin and cello), The Chopin Variations (Chad Lawson, Judy Kang & Rubin Kodhell).
Note. This is the first mandalavideo in what I hope will be an occasional series exploring motion and moving patterns by applying the same quadrilateral symmetry to video as to the still photographs of my mandalagraphs.
